Message to Class of 2020 Athletes
To the class of 2020, Purple and Gold would like to wish you all the best. Unfortunately, this year the senior athletic banquet is unable to be held.
We understand that this banquet is often looked forward to by many.
You, seniors, have overcome obstacles many of us could only imagine. From helping raise money to have sports your senior year and then having that year cut short. With that, we will be offering every senior athlete a watch to commemorate their athletic career at Johnstown. The watches will not be ready until the first week in July, at which time you will be notified by the school to pick them up.
Finally, we want to congratulate all seniors. In the words of Dr.Seuss, “You’re off to great places. Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting. So, get on your way.” Congratulations!
