Johnstown’s Instructional Technology Department supports faculty and staff by providing resources and services to enhance teaching, learning and research.
If you need Assistance:
Any technical needs should be emailed to our Spiceworks Help Desk. This includes troubleshooting, repairs, forgotten passwords, and training needs.
The tickets that you enter online are immediately emailed to the IT department, and the online system allows tickets to be easily organized and prioritized. This means that our department will be able to help you more efficiently!

- Decisions regarding technology-related processes
- Decisions regarding where equipment and devices are deployed
- Technology-related training for staff
Todd Walker, Computer Services Specialist
Jim Westman, Part-time Technician
- Anything network-related
- Hardware repairs, deployment and replacement
- Software installs and updates

We know that many of you have called or stopped by to see Todd and Jim in the past, but please start putting in tickets instead. We understand that this is a change, and may be tough to get used to at first, but ultimately this will help us better help you.
