Knox “Spirit of the Holidays” Celebration

Please join us in some festive fun the week before our holiday break. We are encouraging students in 5th through 7th grade to dress up for these special holiday spirit days. This is totally voluntary but is a school district tradition that helps our students and staff celebrate the holidays with their school family.

You never know when the Knox Middle School Elves might give away some “holiday cheer” to those who participate.

Monday, December 18th – Holiday Colors, Headwear & Sock Day
Wear your favorite holiday colors (greens, reds, blues, etc.).  Break out your festive socks, jewelry, hats, and headbands too. Dress up as your favorite holiday ELF!

Tuesday, December 19th – Twinkle Tuesday
Come LIT up to “make the season BRIGHT”.  Wear something festive that lights up (battery operated only), dress like a tree, or maybe even help lead Santa’s sleigh.

Wednesday, December 20th  – Ugly Sweater Day
There are lots of ugly sweaters being sold these days, but you don’t need to spend  a lot or any money!  We encourage you to be creative and decorate your own.  We will show off these “beauties” around school to see who has the UGLIEST in the land. Let your imagination go CRAZY!

Thursday, December 21st – Cozy Christmas Clothing Day
Cozy up with something fuzzy or flannel.  Or you could even wear your favorite holiday PJs to help celebrate this last day of school for 2023.

Happy Holidays from the Knox Middle School
