Transcript Requests

If you would like to request your personal transcript from the Greater Johnstown School District located in Johnstown, NY, please email canagnostopulos@johnstownschools.org.  You will need to provide the following information:

  1. Your name at the time of your graduation and, if necessary, your name now;
  2. Your date of birth;
  3. Your graduation year;
  4. The name and address you would like the transcript mailed to;
  5. A phone number where we can reach you in the event there is a problem locating your transcript.

If you do not have access to the internet, you may leave a message at (518) 762-4664.  Please provide the above mentioned information, speak clearly, and spell out all names.

If you are a screening company requesting a transcript for a student attending Johnstown High School in Johnstown, NY, please fax your request – along with a signed release – to (518) 736-1489.

Please Note – on June 30th, transcripts for all Class of 2017 graduates will be mailed out to the college they indicated on their senior surveys.
