Assistant Superintendent 

The Assistant Superintendent assists the Superintendent in matters of human resources; fiscal management and planning; transportation; and food service. He/she also evaluates directors and business office staff, and serves as the Data Privacy Officer. The Assistant Superintendent will report directly to the Superintendent.

Director of Curriculum and Instruction

The Director of Curriculum and Instruction reports to the Superintendent and operates as a team leader with other Cabinet members to work with professional faculty and staff on all matters of curriculum development, implementation, data, and student achievement. Supervises and evaluates faculty and faculty leaders. Reports directly to the Superintendent.

School Business Manager

The School Business Manager shall be responsible for supervision and performance of assigned functions of the District’s business activity, including budgeting, purchasing, accounting and reporting, in accordance with school district policies and under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent.  Supervision is exercised over the work of the business office staff.

Director of Technology

The Director of Technology reports to the Assistant Superintendent and operates as a team leader with other Cabinet members to oversee all areas of technology, including servers, devices, inventory, ordering, instructional technology/training, and purchasing. Supervises the entire technology infrastructure. Reports to the Assistant Superintendent.

Director of Facilities

The Director of Facilities reports to the Assistant Superintendent and operates as a team leader with other Cabinet members to oversee all facilities and grounds operations, including capital improvement projects, energy efficiency, safety, and risk management. Supervises and evaluates buildings and grounds employees.

Director of Special Education, Pupil Services and Special Programs

The Director of Special Education, Pupil Services and Special Programs reports to the Superintendent and operates as a team leader with other Cabinet members to oversee all areas of IDEA Federal and State statutes and regulations for CSE/CPSE in Federal and State mandates. Supervises and evaluates special education faculty/staff.

Physical Education & Health and Athletics & Extracurricular Programs Coordinator

The Physical Education & Health, Athletics and Extracurricular Programs Coordinator reports to the Superintendent and is responsible for oversight of the physical education and health programs, health-related services and nursing, all aspects of the interscholastic sports program and extracurricular programs.

Building Principals

The building principals are the educational executives of the school centers. They are responsible for oversight of building operations, NYSED Agency, Instruction (including homes school), student management, evaluation, civic, college, and career readiness and have the responsibility for executing Board of Education policies in the schools. They are directly responsible to the Superintendent of Schools.

Assistant/Associate Principals

Assistant/Associate principals may be employed in the junior high schools and high schools. The assistant/associate principal is responsible for all duties assigned to him/her by the building principal and shall report directly to the principal.
