The Board of Education’s December 18, 2025 business meeting included a Public Hearing on GJSD’s Amended 2025-26 School Safety Plan (see appendix 7 beginning on page 48 for updated language addressing sudden cardiac arrests).
For 30 days following that hearing, members of the public may submit written comments on the amended 2025-26 District-wide School Safety Plan to District Administration by email to communications@johnstownschools.org, or by postal mail to GJSD Administrative Office, 1 Sir Bills Circle, Suite 101, Johnstown, NY 12095.
At its January 2026 business meeting, the Board of Education will consider a resolution to adopt the amended 2025-26 District-wide School Safety Plan.
