Spring Concert Series Announced

Come enjoy the following Spring Concert events, featuring performances by our student choral and instrumental groups:

  • Tuesday, May 8: Glebe Street Elementary
  • Thursday, May 10: Johnstown High School
  • Tuesday, May 22: Knox Junior High
  • Wednesday, June 6: Warren Street Elementary

All concerts will be held at the Johnstown Performing Arts Center at 7:00 PM.

Admission is free, although donations will be gladly accepted by the Johnstown Music Support Group to fund this year’s Warren Street Classical Kids field trip to see the Philadelphia Orchestra at SPAC in August.

In April, students were able to attend an assembly by Bob Cafaro, cellist with the orchestra. Last year, students experienced a visit by members of the NYC Ballet and attended a performance at SPAC in July.

The Classical Kids program allows our students in Johnstown to experience live classical music and ballet every summer for free.  Participants are given a pass which allows them free lawn admission to any classical even at SPAC until they graduate high school!

Thank you for your support!
