Role of the Middle School Counselor

Jacqueline Miller is the school counselor at Knox Middle School.

It is important that students remember your school counselor is here to help. Whether you have questions about your schedule, are having problems with another student, or just need to talk, feel free to stop by and see your school counselor.

In order to help ensure student success, the school counselor works closely with the teachers as well as the principal, other school personnel and community counseling resources. Communication from parents is welcomed and encouraged. If you have questions or concerns regarding your child, or to schedule a parent/teacher conference with your child’s team teachers, please call the school counseling office or e-mail the school counselor.
