The Greater Johnstown School District would like to make our neighbors near Knox Field aware that a short fireworks show will take place on Friday evening, June 26, immediately following Johnstown’s 7 p.m. graduation ceremony outside on Knox Field.
We understand that fireworks can be disruptive to people and pets, and we wanted to provide advance notice so residents can plan accordingly.
Graduation fireworks are a cherished Johnstown tradition, and we’re hopeful the weather cooperates so the Class of 2026 can enjoy this special celebration. Our graduates have worked hard to fundraise for this event, and we’re excited to help them mark this milestone with a memorable sendoff.
