22 New Educators Welcomed by the District

Superintendent Koster and Assistant Superintendent Hale lead a day of orientation and community engagement

The first day of school is officially in the books for our newest educators! The District was thrilled to welcome 22 new teaching staff members who joined Superintendent Alicia D. Koster, Assistant Superintendent Scott Hale, and our entire administrative team for a full-day of orientation.

The day kicked off with a warm welcome and a delicious Johnstown Teachers’ Association-sponsored breakfast, and culminated with a community bus tour led by Mrs. Koster and Mr. Hale that included visits to all four school buildings—and a sweet stop at Summer’s Best Ice Cream!

Here’s to a great start and an even greater school year ahead! Please help us welcome our new team members.
