Supplemental Benefits Provider

Open enrollment for AFLAC runs through June 30, 2023.  All new enrollments and changes to existing coverages will be effective July 1, 2023. There will be in-person AFLAC opportunities at the end of August and on the September Superintendent’s Conference Day.

AFLAC plans available:

  • Short-Term Disability – How would you pay your bills if you are disabled and cannot work? An AFLAC short-term disability insurance policy can help provide you with a source of income while you concentrate on getting better from a disability due to an injury, sickness or child delivery.
  • Hospital/Sickness- Hospital stays are expensive. An AFLAC hospital policy can help ease the financial burden if ever hospitalized or have services related to an injury, sickness or child delivery. Additional benefits included for trips to the emergency room, physician visits, laboratory tests, x-rays, major diagnostic exams, surgery, ambulance and much more. This plan has benefits for routine check-ups, so you don’t need to be sick or injured to use it.
  • Accident- Accidents happen. When a covered accident happens to you on or off the job, our accident insurance policy pays you cash benefits to help with the unexpected medical and everyday expenses that begin to add up almost immediately.
  • Cancer/Critical Illness- AFLAC’s cancer policy can help you and your family cope financially if a positive diagnosis of cancer ever occurs. Optional specified health event rider that provides benefits for heart attack, stroke, end-stage renal failure and sudden cardiac arrest, is also available.

Check out the AFLAC Landing Page, this page provides product videos, product brochures, rates, and a link to get on my calendar to schedule a virtual meeting to discuss the different options, review existing coverage or to enroll.
