Sixth Graders Pledge to Strive for Five

During a sixth grade team meeting, interim principal Mrs. Caputo spoke to students about Warren Street’s Strive for Five program and the behaviors we want to see modeled in our building this year. The sixth graders then made a pledge to “Strive for Five” particular characteristics:¬†self-control, leadership, cooperation, respect and responsibility.

The Strive for Five qualities are important for our students to show both in and out of the classroom. It helps to promote life-long academic learning, encourages respect for self and others, and helps students to become confident leaders and productive citizens in their school community.
