The information will be used to help build and promote relationships and engagement between the school and community. A paper copy of the survey will be distributed on the first day of school. If you choose not to complete the survey online, please be sure to complete the paper copy and have your child(ren) return it to their Check-In teacher. Only one survey per household is required.
