Kindness and Appreciation for JPD
On Friday February 15th, Ms. Scott’s class celebrated the 100th day of school by spreading kindness and participating in 100 Acts of Kindness. The students put together “Police Survival” goodie bags as a token of thanks and appreciation. The bags were filled with different treats that represented something. Members of the Johnstown Police Department were invited to visit and the students took turns reading out loud what each item in the bag meant. The class presented 30 goodie bags to the officers to take back to the department.
