Have YOU Considered Serving on the Board of Education?
Elected by district residents to serve three-year terms to begin July 1, Johnstown’s nine school board members are citizens who decide at the local level what is best for our children and community.
The district is seeking quality candidates who are interested in the following:
- Acting in the best interest of the entire district, not representing one segment of the district or special interest groups.
- Processing information and thinking critically about facts, relevance, and decide future outcomes for the district.
- Working cooperatively with existing board members to accomplish goals.
- Striving to inspire parents, staff and community groups to have confidence in the school district.
