Future Women of STEM
Several Knox seventh and eighth grade girls recently joined other middle school girls from across the area for the third annual Women of STEM conference at Fulton Montgomery Community College.
The event provided an opportunity for the students to participate in several interactive workshops focused on science, technology, engineering and math. They also enjoyed lunch, received a free t-shirt and heard from a keynote speaker.
