To request use, complete a Facilities Use Form as found on our Forms Page and return it to the principal of the building in which the facility you wish to use is located. The form must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the date of the event. Be sure to specify additional equipment (projector, public address system, sound board, lighting, etc.) and ancillary areas (bathrooms, etc.) that will be needed for the event as those items might not be available for use on the day of the event if not requested in advance.

Upon approval, the applicant will receive a bill outlining the costs associated with the use of the requested facility. Facility use fees must be paid prior to use of the facility.

Applicants for use of the GJSD facilities and their representatives must adhere to all parking regulations on all campuses. Failure to do so may result in denial of access and use of facilities.
