ABCD Award Nominations for the 2nd Quarter Due Friday, February 12!

ABCD Award Logo, with information saying that nominations are due Friday, February 12

The Greater Johnstown School District highlights district employees who make a positive impact on the school community by honoring them with ABCD Awards — an acronym that stands for Above and Beyond the Call of Duty.

Any district employee is eligible for the award and nominations can come from anyone in the community – fellow GJSD colleagues, students, parents and community members.

Nomination forms are easy to fill out and can be completed online from this district website.

At least two employees are given the award each quarter throughout the school year. A committee chooses the recipients from the nominations that are turned in. All nominated employees will receive a copy of their nominations.

Do YOU know an employee at GJSD who goes above and beyond to benefit the students in our district? Now is your chance to recognize their hard work! Nominations for 2nd quarter ABCD Awards are due FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 12. Recipients will be publicly recognized at the Board of Education meeting on February 25, 2021.
