Instructional Technology Department
Johnstown’s Instructional Technology Department supports faculty and staff by providing resources and services to enhance teaching, learning and research.
If you need Assistance:
Any technical needs should be entered into the Spiceworks Website. This includes troubleshooting, repairs, forgotten passwords, and training needs.
The tickets that you enter online are immediately emailed to the IT department, and the online system allows tickets to be easily organized and prioritized. This means that our department will be able to help you more efficiently!
To put in a ticket:
- Go to http://DC3/SWAuth
- If you’re logged into a District computer, the website will recognize you and log you in automatically.
- If you’re on a Chromebook or personal device, you will have to log in:
Username: Same username that you use to log into your District computer and SchoolTool
Password: Same password that you use to log into your District computer and SchoolTool
- Simply fill out the simple ticket form and you’re done!
Please note that the Spiceworks Portal is only available when you are connected to our network. If you are not connected to our network, or are unable to login to the portal for any reason, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org.
