Twelve JHS varsity sports teams have been recognized as Scholar-Athlete Teams by the New York State Public High School Athletic Association for having a team grade average of 90 percent or above during the 2010-11 season.

Those team members whose grades were used as the basis for computing the team GPA will be honored at the Board of Education meeting scheduled for June 9, 2011, at which time they will receive a NYSPHSAA pin and/or patch. The JHS varsity teams to be recognized are as follows:
